Before your stamp ship out

We will send a photo of your finished stamp for your approval with your address for your confirmation. We will ship the product after we got a confirmation and after product have been ship out we will not responsible for any mistake on the detail of your logo or wrong mailing address.
**We will ship out the parcel only when we received the confirmation from you, so please check your email regularly and we will not be held responsible for any delay that cause from your delay confirmation**

Deliver period

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Hex n Hit cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order. If you have a deadline for using the stamp, you have to inform us before placing the order.

We have two type of shipping method for international order
– Registered Air Mail (takes 15 to 30 business days to arrive)
– Express Mail Service (takes around 3 – 5 business days to arrive )

For Domestic order, we ship via Thailand post only (EMS with trakcing number)

Delivery date

For normal stamp, we will ship your stamp within 3 business days after we received a full payment.
For special order stamp, It takes around 7-14 business days for making the stamp after we received a full payment.
For Alphabet stamps set, It takes around 7-14 business days for making the stamp after we received a full payment.
**Please note that our business days is from Monday to Friday, If your stamp is finish on Friday so it will ship out on Monday.

Coutries that can’t tracking the status if you choose Registered
Air Mail Method are :

– Canada
– Australia
Please be advised that Hex n Hit cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays although we will do our best to sort it out with the carrier. Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense. Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
