– Material : Brass
– Total Stamp thickness : Around 12 mm.
– Engraving Depth :Around 3 mm.
– Screw thread M8 at back of the stamp.
– Cutting base stamp to the edge of the artwork.
– If your country voltage is not 220v so you have to use it with universal adapter .
Submitting your artwork
– We accepts artwork via E-mail only ( info@hexnhitstamps.com )
– We prefer vector format as its reduces the time it takes to prepare artwork for engraving.
– Please inform size of your artwork (only wide side from left to right in centimeters, the height is according to the proportion of your artwork
Processing time
Normally, We spend not more than 3 business days for ready to ship your product BUT if you need your stamp rapidly please inform us and additional charge will apply.
Exchange condition ( for soldering iron only):
– Exchange are allowed for a wrong model, a defective, damaged or nonfunctional item due to manufacturing defect.
– Exchange are allowed within 7 working days after customer received the parcel. (We will deliver the replacement when received the defect product)
– The company reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return after that period.
– Customers are required to exchange their product in the original condition with its original package, labels, and other associated items received along with a proof of purchase.
– The company reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement.
– The company reserves the right to exchange merchandise under the company’s conditions and policy only.
