From placing my order of a large set of alphabet stamps, with my chosen font, letters, numbers etc & 2 bespoke makers mark stamps made with my own design, took just under 2 weeks from Thailand to arrival in the UK ! ! (This is with the company having had a weeks holiday, so probably extra busy on their return)

Communication is excellent. All emails are answered easily within 24hrs, if not instantly. I'm from the UK & language was not a problem.

When i first contacted Hex n Hit regarding the alphabet sets they sent me 2 links to video reviews from other UK customers. These were hugely in my decision making; font size, style etc.

One of the reviews gave some detail of what goes in to the making of the stamps. They are an expensive item,but knowing the work & detail which goes in to the stamps,confirmed to me that they were a worthy investment! An attachment will be emailed to you with confirmation of your order. I printed mine,which gives you a visual of what you're getting.

Hex n Hit are everything you can expect! The stamp came exactly like I needed it and the process took around a week from ordering to receiving it. The quality is excellent and worth every penny. I love the highly precise CNC works on the stamp, especially that my logo included really thin hair-like lines. They stamp came in clean and buffed. I also love the extra detail they added to the stamp handle with their brand on it which shows it's theirs and not just a random piece of brass they outsourced. Communication was really smooth and fast, and I really appreciate that they took the time to reply and follow up with me even though they were on vacation. I really love the packaging and how they included a nice box where I can store my stamp without worrying about losing any parts. I am really happy I found real professionals who are devoted and passionate about what they do which is really rare these days, especially that I took the leap of faith and ordered online right after stumbling on them by chance. I am a "very" happy customer and I will definitely be ordering more soon!

I contacted Hexnhit initially on 24th January with an enquiry for a small stamp for my leather work. I sent my files with the required design and fonts. I got a fast response with price and design proof. I confirmed and made payment. The stamp was produced and I got an image of the stamp and of embossed leather demonstrating the accuracy. I confirmed I was happy and my stamp was despatched. It arrived this morning (2nd February ‘18). All the more remarkable as I am in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, and HexnHit are in Thailand 🇹🇭. Such an easy process as your customer service has been fantastic. It has truly been a pleasure doing business with your company and I’m delighted with my stamp. Well done guys!
